this person is a good scam artist... i just took out my first dispute ever and i have been scammed alot. but this person takes the cake!!!
i purchased 5 packages of ptsu ads which were $8.99 each.. the first package i purchased was ok... after purchasing my 2 and 3 ads my account was suddenly locked due to an error with shift. after many emails to jillclickcorner she finally read one and open my account after 3 days in which time i had 3 credits left on my 2 packages of ads... figuring it wasnt the fault of the admin and rather just an error by shiftcode i purchased 2 more packages. to find my account locked the next day. i email and got reply back i was abusing signups. she is just a greedy person and expects you to approve all ads even tho they are multiple accounts and dont even verify their email... many sites have removed many of the referrals i have recieved from the ptsu ads on jillsclickcorner. in the dispute with paypal jillsclickcorner admin admits i used 68 outta 125 signups and kept my pending cashout of almost $7 and she says she thinks it fair to give me back only one package...
the site has no shout box (probably cause people would shout cheater at the site) i am sure im not the only person with this experience. she rigs her contests i saw 3 similair names in a completion contest and the next day was just one still in 1st lol... one of these days she will slip up again i advise members to watch ever move of the contests. also the most ignorant admin i ever met. she dont care about her members that keep her online ... here is her response in the dispute

with shiftcode and showed my account as changing geo locations. a few
of my gpt sites accounts were locked. an admin contacted a guy with
shiftcode and they told them it was an error with shiftcode
and all of my accounts we reopened all but jillsclickcorner. it took
me explaining this in many different emails over 3 days. my account
was finally opened back up at but all my advertising credits were gone
but a couple. you pay $8.99 for 25 credits. you can clearly see all
the purchases i have made over the last month or so. i decided this
was just an error on shiftcode part and no one fault so i purchased 2
more advertising packages at $8.99 each and the next day my account
was locked again. so i am just finished she has robbed me of my
credits again and i never used any of them!! so i would like
to put in this dispute against this site as she seem to rip off alot
of people and be refunded for the purchases i made to this site.
this woman owed me a pending payment of almost $7 and i did not recieve this. out of the 5 purchases i made i can honestly say i may have used 1 of the purchases!!!

This person has ordered more offers, of different dates.
The purchased referrals are almost delivered, so I don\t agree this person can get a full refund of his orders. of the 75 signups, he recieved 62 signups, and at this moment this advertisments still available. \ THis person we need to cancel because of the number of denyments. As advertisers can approve or deny signups at our site, unfortunally this will be abused by some advertisers. And then their account will be canceled.
I think it's fair enough to refund one order of $8.99 in this case.
If this person is fair enough, he admit that we have delivered most signups in meantime already.\

i think i am being fair just asking back what i spent. you denied my pending cashout and you kept my balance so theres another profit at my loss. i have spent at many sites on ptsu and never had any problems. and the signups i did get from your site were a bunch of multiple accounts that been removed from my downline. that is no signup. not just 1 or 2 accounts but some had 3 and 4... i dont know how you expect this to be approved. or people that dont even bother to verify their email. i dont buy signups for others to profit i buy them to get referrals!! you lost a good member because of greed. i made 2 purchases a day before you locked my account the 2nd time and i would like them both back atleast that is what i think is fair... and to save yourself problems start watching signups and you will see the abuse they dont try to hide it at all. its sad and unfair to your members that purchase these fake signups

This pending withdraw has nothing to do with it. Or maybe that's what bothers you, and you make all these disputes?? That's really so unprofessional...
people on her site creating multiple accounts for the 10 cent ad. and her allowing it that to me is unprofessional and there is no way i used what she has claimed i used. the day i bought the last 2 packages i had a total of 53 left and banned the next day no way i used em she is a total thief and i have the time to spend shouting it to anyone that will listen! too many good sites out there to settle for this crap and one of the more expensive places to buy ads. this scam artist has too many sites and they need to be taken offline!!!
